The Shake It Program consists of two diet options: Ketogenic (low carbohydrate, high fat) OR Low Fat (reduced fat, liberal carbohydrates from wholefood sources, e.g. vegetables, fruit, wholegrains). Both dietary options feature adequate protein for satiety, increased thermogenesis (to help fat burning), and to maintain lean muscle mass.

The Plan Involves:

  • Ideally substituting one meal per day with a protein-rich Shake It Protein Powder, Shake It Soup, Keto Bar, or choose one of the BioPure Proteins (All Shake It meal substitute products are practitioner only and require a consultation)
  • Includes healthy, protein rich snacks (1 or 2 depending on the eating plan) from a recommended snack list
  •  The option of adding clinically researched probiotic strains to support weight management
  •  Evidence-based exercise recommendations to help you lose weight and keep it off
  •  Regular consultations where I support and monitor your progress 
  •  Self-monitoring tools for increasing your awareness and tracking your progress
  •  Diet ‘breaks’ after the initial 6-week phase to help you go the distance
